The coating process of NAKO Patch 11 can produce a completely dry coating that fuses with the fasteners, allowing the treated fasteners to be used at any time, functioning immediately during assembly, with no curing process, and can be tested at any time.
NAKO Patch 11 can maintain normal torque at low temperatures of -50℃ and high temperatures of +180℃.
NAKO Patch 11 can be applied to any fasteners, from large construction bolts to small screws used in mobile phones, glasses, and computers.
Working Principle of NAKO Patch 11: Utilizing the Patch 11 coated on the threads, the powerful reaction force when locking into the parent part creates a 100% fit between metal and metal at the opposing side, providing a strong anti-loosening effect and completely solving the problem of screw loosening.
